Savory Muffins

You'll enjoy these savory muffins for breakfast or any time of the day!

 

Ingredients:

2 c Selfraising Flour

2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast Flakes

1 tsp Onion Powder

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Italian Herbs

¼ c Mayonnaise

1 ½ c Milk

 

Method:

Preheat the oven to 350 °F.

Mix all the dry ingredients together and then add the wet ingredients. Mix well.

Scoop spoonfuls into a muffin pan.

You can water down some mayonnaise and brush each muffin before baking, that is optional (1 tbsp mayonnaise + 2 tbsp water).

Bake for 25 minutes.
